Hello from Italy!❤ First of all the lasagna sheets should be cut into smaller squares according to the size of the pan you are going to use when you prepare this dish. It will be easier to compose your lasagna. Boil the sheets before and then cook them after layering them with besciamella and sauce (we call it: Ragù)❤

Not Italian, but we just put them in the oven uncooked, and cover the dish with foil for about 45 minutes to an hour, then let it brown for the last 10 mins or so!
